Purchases are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

Paintings are sold un-framed. Arrangements for framing may be made at an additional cost.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Purchases may be picked up at Sugarstone Studio, or art will be professionally packed and shipped via UPS.

All shipments will be insured for full value.

The cost of shipping and insurance will be added to the original invoice at the time of sale.

Although many of the paintings displayed on this website have been sold, Commissions for paintings similar in feel to those displayed can be arranged. You may also commission an original oil painting to be created from your own photograph, an object or even through discussions with Betty about your subject.
